This was the scene walking out the “The Hammer” at the theatre in Bellevue tonight. After having to walk up the final hill to our house we went sledding. The Hammer, BTW, is highly recommended. Driving with hundreds of people that haven’t seen 5 inches of snow… NOT recommended.

If I were to make this again I’d recommend adding a little more salt and pepper for flavor than it recommends. Less healthy, perhaps, but it tastes better.
