This was the first year they went from 8k to 9k riders. A lot of people we talked to think that may have had something to do with it.  But what was surprising is that I’d done other rides from the Cascade club leading up to this one and felt that they were all better run.  None of us where sure where our registration fee went.  

too bad that the logistics have a lot to be desired. surprising too given the number of years this event has been run…you'd think they'd have the logistics down.
