Hopefully they will resolve this dispute by then and people with comcast will enjoy uninterupted access to MLB games. Cable television said it offered to match DirecTV's deal for the "Extra Innings" package of out-of-market games, but Major League Baseball claimed the proposal fell short. The first rule changes have been made in MLB since 1996. Pitchers will be required to pitch the ball within 12 seconds of the batter being in the box and them having the ball. I’d love to see the same sort of rule applied to batters who step out of the box. They should be [...]
